THE BEST OUT

AGAINST ALL EGOS

EST. MMXX

THE BEST OUT grew from an exploration and experimentation in the workout space beginning during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. A mom of 3 who had experienced postpartum depression first-hand, Kayla has always been aware of the mental battles that many people face when getting into physical fitness and has made it her mission to get others to understand that your mental health is the most vital aspect of your overall wellbeing and the first step in taking your physical health seriously.

Upon hearing "THE BEST OUT", you might think the obvious - "This is for people who are full of themselves". Although at first glance the name may sound ego-driven, we challenge you to look deeper. THE BEST OUT serves as a challenge to constantly push to present the best version of YOURSELF to the world, and that version is improving every single day. Forged by a shared belief that the best version of yourself is something you must continue to grind for, we believe that you must meet yourself on the deepest level possible in order to access your highest self.

When you subscribe to THE BEST OUT state of mind, you acknowledge that you must first meet yourself where you're at and move forward with integrity, honor, and grace in order to reach your fullest potential. Extending that same level of love and acceptance to others will only get you there faster.

    • INTEGRITY

    • HONOR

    • GRACE

    • in·teg·ri·ty /inˈteɡrədē/ noun: The quality of being honest and having strong moral principles; moral uprightness.

We believe that ego hinders us from moving authentically in ourselves. If everything is done for somebody else's approval, what is left for us? Integrity requires self-control to not bend to corruption or societal pressure to get ahead. Who do you want to be?

    • hon·or /ˈänər/ verb: To regard or treat with admiration and respect; to give special recognition to.

The key to a fulfilled life. The way we achieve this is through discipline, operating with the utmost respect and appreciation for ourselves as well as our fellow humans. By leading with honor for our body, mind, and others, we allow true peace within ourselves.

    • grace /ɡrās/ noun: A disposition to kindness and compassion; a willingness to be fair, honest, and to forgive.

Throughout the span of a lifetime, there will be mistakes, failures, and heartache. We accept all versions of ourselves and others and conduct ourselves with love through our lessons. Giving grace through troubling times is what keeps us moving forward.

You must face yourself. Welcome to your mirror.
